Actors rehearse and read plays by Alumnae members that are in development and ready for reactions from an audience. Help to take a script on the next step of its journey by joining us and providing feedback.
*Attendance is free. However, when “the hat is passed,” contributions to cover expenses are very much appreciated.
*Big Ideas 2025 is held in Alumnae Theatre’s third-floor walk-up studio, which is not currently wheelchair accessible.

A lifelong single woman receives a Love Match membership for her 50th birthday and must overcome self-doubt and fear as she navigates the crazy and unpredictable world of online dating.
Get Away by Jennifer Walton
In this dark farce, a young couple on a romantic getaway arrive at the wrong cottage, already occupied by a once-celebrated author, working through writer’s block and a bad case of invisibility. It’s shocking what you can get away with when you can’t be seen.
