2026-2027 Alumnae Theatre Membership Registration (for New and Returning Members)
The Alumnae Theatre, now housed in a converted firehall in downtown Toronto, has been run by women for over 100 years.
A charitable organization that produces engaging and thought-provoking theatre, the Alumnae continues to thrive because of its diverse, enthusiastic and fun group of women volunteers. We invite women with a passion for theatre to join our membership!
Membership is restricted to those identifying as women, but men are welcome to participate and donations are appreciated.
Active Membership: $67.50/year (includes processing fee) for women who want to participate in Alumnae groups and programs and will contribute a minimum of 20 hours of theatre service in one or more of the areas outlined on the previous screen.
Member Benefits include:
– Non-transferable ticket to every Alumnae production for yourself whenever you want, pending availability (min. value of $145)
– Discount on rental space (for Active members in good standing for the past two years)
– Advance notice of auditions, guaranteed audition slots and preference in the audition process for all Alumnae productions
– Free or discounted workshops
– Preference in, director selection and play submissions process
– E-newsletters and e-blasts to keep you informed of company activities and opportunities
– A voice at membership meetings
– Voting rights at the Annual General Meeting
Active Membership Under 30: $32.50/year (includes processing fee) for women aged 18-30 who want to participate in Alumnae groups and programs and will contribute a minimum of 20 hours of theatre service in one or more of the areas outlined on the previous screen.

– Non-transferable ticket to every Alumnae production for yourself whenever you want, pending availability (min. value of $145)
– Discount on rental space (for Active members in good standing for the past two years)

Supporting Membership: $87.50/year (includes processing fee) for women who want to support the theatre but aren’t able to volunteer. Supporting members are issued a tax receipt and receive our monthly newsletter. Supporting Members do not receive complimentary season’s tickets or other Active Membership benefits.
