Circle Mirror Transformation is a riveting play about a six-week-long community-centre drama class that transforms four lost humans and their teacher. It’s a beautifully crafted diorama of tiny wars and quiet heartbreaks, tinged with humour and sadness.
*Please note that this is a non-union, non-paying production.

Call for Volunteers
From the bright lights of opening night to the quiet satisfaction of a job well done, every volunteer helps shape the experience for our artists and audiences. When you join Alumnae Theatre as a volunteer, you don’t just help out — you become part of a story that’s been unfolding for more than 100 years.

Volunteer/Website Manager
The Alumnae is looking for a website manager for the 2026-27 season. Ideally, the volunteer will be familiar with WordPress sites and Elementor software and be willing to assume the role for at least two seasons. Training will be provided over the course of this season so that the new manager will feel well prepared to take the reins. If you are interested, please click HERE to email Jean.

Lighting with Harris Bailey/A Workshop
Curious about tech? Interested in learning how the Alumnae lighting board works? Then this is the workshop for you!
This workshop will give you an overview of how our lighting systemworks. You will learn how to program and save cues and provide a hands-on opportunity to actually program a cue yourself.
The workshop provides producers and directors a better sense of how the programming works so you can understand the difficulties encountered during tech week. It will give potential operators and programmers more confidence in working with the board.
The workshop will run on Tuesday, February 9, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. The cost for members is $20.
Please register in advance as space is limited.

Date: November 20, 2025/7:00-8:00 pm
